Every year in September, along the banks of the Brenta River overlooked by the famous Venetian villas, is held the "Riviera Fiorita": a parade of historic boats with costume rowers

The event recalls the encounter in 1574 between King Henry III of France and the Doge of Venice, at Villa Pisani (Stra).

The event is very suggestive: it includes about one hundred boats of various types and numerous figures that dressed in period costumes.

The parade starts in Stra and ends in Malcontenta.
